Heart & Cradle, LLC (“Heart & Cradle”, "H&C", “we”, “us”, or “our”) has created this privacy statement (this “Privacy Statement”) for our site (this “Site”) in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy.

Participation and registration on this Site is restricted to those individuals at least 18 years of age or those who possess legal parental or guardian consent and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations and warranties herein. Consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, we will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without obtaining parental consent. 2. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU?

There are also services that follow visitors to our site as they move beyond our site. Of these services we have to following at our disposal and will employ as needed: ChartBeat, Webtrends, Adobe Analytics, IBM Digital Analytics, GoSquared, Woopra.
We and our third-party vendors use first-party cookies or other first-party identifiers, and third-party cookies or other third-party identifiers together.
