RETURNS
All of our products carry a money back guarantee starting on the date the product is delivered to you and extending 30 days from that date.
Please note that returns and exchanges can take 2-4 weeks to process after receipt of the returned merchandise.  Returns are not accepted for sale items, as these are final sale.
Products that come with a money back guarantee will receive a refund of the purchase price less applicable shipping, handling, and/or applied sales tax. If you are required to ship the product back to us, you will receive by email a printable, pre-paid return shipping label from a major carrier. We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit and we reserve the right to charge for or not refund any amounts attributable to any such lost or damaged products. If you are experiencing difficulty or delay in returning a product or securing a refund, please contact us.
To return a product, please email us at customerservice@heartandcradle.com with order number and claim. You will be contacted via email by a member of our staff.
WANT TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
If we made an error in your order or if the product you received was either damaged or defective, we will refund the shipping costs and send you a replacement product at no extra charge once we have received and processed your return. Heart & Cradle reserves the right to qualify excessive use for damaged or defective products.

CONDITIONS
To return an item for credit, it must be in new condition. We cannot issue refunds for items that show signs of use. Please return the item with all original packing material and any other materials that came with the item. For your protection, we recommend you insure your return shipment. We cannot be held responsible for items we do not receive. We cannot accept modified items for credit. Returns after 30 days and worn items are subject to rejection.
